Tip #1 – Own it and apologize.
Mistakes tend to come in two forms, 1) Your fault and 2) Not your fault. However, when you are providing a service to your customers and clients, any blunder that falls under your business name is in essence, Your Fault! I must admit that I am always on the dull side of technology. Being on the cutting edge has never truly been exciting for me. If there was ever a person who waited till the last minute to make a change with his technology, it was ME. Life changed drastically for me when I got my first iPhone. I am still astounded by the power of this magnificent device.
